feeling werid?! help

So i just turn 32 weeks today, but since this morning I have felt strange. When I got up to sit down I felt like everything went black and I felt my self falling but caught my self since it only lasted like a second or two... Then it happened again when I was getting something from the fridge... So I went back to bed.. But now I feel really dizzy like if I have been spinning in circle .. And when I close my eyes I feeling the room spinning and it makes me feel really nauseas ...i also feel really lightheaded like if am going to faint .. And with my vision going black I get like bright flashes all of a sudden ... But I feel the same way just sitting and laying down not just standing up ... And when i walk am stumbibg to keep my balance I don't know what's going on .. Can some one help me?!? Thanks

Thanks everyone :) ... I did go in ... We where there for three hours from them to say its fine and normal during pregnancy ... What frustrate me is that they give you a piece of paper telling you if you feel any if these symptoms to go in ... So you worry thinking something wrong ... But you go and the actual doctor on call didn't even see you .. He just tells the nurse to tell you everything fine ... It's kinda annoying lol and frustrating

That sounds like something serious and you're so right. They give you the discharge papers that instruct you to come in if you're feeling like how you were but you get there and they just send you back home. SMH I honestly hate that so much. I feel that a pregnant woman should be taken very seriously but Dr's take no one seriously anymore until you're about to die. Sad but true...

You can go to local grocery store or cvs/pharmacy to check your BP.  And call your doctor immediately.  All the best.

I would get someone to take you to get your blood pressure checked again and give your doc a call! Could be a sign of something serious :(
Hoping for the best for you.
