help:(

so I've been getting these really sharp pains in my belly all night. They come every couple of minutes but only last a few seconds. Idk what it is but it hurts so bad. At first I thought I just needed to go to the bathroom (tmi) but it's not that. I will be 18 weeks tomorrow and idk what to do
