Maternaity pants hack

So mad at myself! Im usually very creative but my whole pregnancy i lost it til now (35 weeks). I hate maternity pants, youga pants, leggings ect.. I own them but dont like wearing them in public, today i thought of something i wish i thought of sooner! I have a few pair of the yoga shorts. I put them on and pulled the top up as high as i could over my tummy and put on a pair of my skinny jeans i wore before pregnancy. I left the pants unzipped and unbuttoned and then folded the top of the shorts over the top of my jeans.....just thought id share in case anyone else is struggling with this.

Thats what i did before, but it was uncomfortable and i didnt like the belly bands because it didnt stay put but i was pretty excited when i thought of this lol

I take a hair tie and put it on the button through the hole and back on the button u can do it for the zipper too but my zipper stays up n I only have to do this for one pair of my jeans so far.

Im 36weeks 5days and I haven't worn maternity pants I hate them so I just wear my Normal jeans and put a ponytail holder through the loop and around the button getto but it works

your so lucky! I'm gonna try this but I doubt my legs will even fit. I swell up so bad. that's a really good idea

I have a wide waist and small legs so my maternity pants don't fit properly most of the time :( make my legs and butt look saggy...they sell those belly bands its just like an elastic fabric that goes over jeans much like how your describing to cover the open fly I love it very handy its nice wearing pre pregnancy clothes even at 36 weeks :)
