What papers do I need to apply for the wic.?

Since I'm on Medicaid the only thing j had to bring was my ID and Medicaid card. That was it. They set up my card that day but it didn't go through til like a week later. Idk of they're system was messed up since I've heard a lot of other people say they got it the same day

All I needed was a proof of pregnancy then made an appt filled out paperwork and then I had to bring everything they wanted at my next visit. It was really simple

Like everybody else said just call to make an appt. You dont have to be on medicaid. Im on wic and I dont have it. But it doesnt take long when you get there. Just fill out some paper work,when they call you back they check your weight and iron level and iffer you to go to different programs (like breastfeeding classes), you see a nutritionist, and then you get your card

That's a good question b/c I'm in TN and I dread standing in a long line so I'm just filling out papers and mailing them in hopefully they call to schedule an appt. get in and get out

You need to have medicaid first than go make an appointment but do it asap cause they take awile! Well at least in texas they do :b

Oh and if your on Medicaid you will need to bring that as proof of pregnancy

Yeah make sure you call and make your appointment first and then you bring proof of address, proof of income, and your identification card

Where im from va u just call and make an appt and bring proof of income, id, proof of residence. U get wic the same day

I got on wic like two months ago and you have to call and make a appointment.

none. you call the office and make an appointment and do everything up there.
