please help
Okay so I was laying down to go to sleep an I couldn't get comfortable so I kept changing positions well now my heart is beating really fast an I feel like I want to throw up I can't drink anything because I'm afraid it will come back up. I also have really bad diarrhea. Does anybody know if this is normal????? I'm 32 weeks
Like I tried to drink water to get the taste out of my mouth an it seem to just make it worse. My heart slowed down but now its just the nausea an runs. I'm not sure if I should be worried or if its just normal this far into pregnancy. I never had this problem with my son when I was pregnant with him
Well that happens to me not the runs though but the feeling like your gonna throw up part and heart racing part what helps me is to take deep breaths drink either a small glass of water or milk slowly try laying back down and relaxing that usually does the trick for my I'll be 34 weeks tomorrow
