Mood Swings

I'm around 8 weeks pregnant and my mood  swings are out of control. Anyone got any ideas how to control them better?

When I was around 7 weeks I threw mine and my boyfriends Mcdonalds that we just bought out the car window because he said let's take a nap before we go to the park. Idk it pissed me off so bad. I think he got more pissed than me after my tantrum. I haven't had any big ones like that since though.

Mine are everyday n I will be happy down my mums then wen I go home the slightest thing can make me cry or really angry. I feel like a b**** n my bd thinks he understands but no one can understand how this feels unless they've gone through it.

I was fussing at my bd every day, so that helped me...Lol. However, I don't advise that...I'm not sure how to really control it, as I still have my moments, but just not as frequent.

Lol the other day I was crying soooo much because no one replied to my text messages :"( it was 3 a.m. ahahaha.. I have the worst. And honestly,  idk how to control them. But I feel like whenever I'm mad or crying it hurts the baby,  even if it doesnt. So that usually gets me back to normal!
