That happened to me at about 15 weeks. My.doc said.drink lot of water and move slow. Idk what that means but I just continued doing my everyday stuff and it went away! It s u c k s I know!
I went through that too. Just make sure you are drinking enough water and eating enough. I figured out with mine that if i ate something high in protein it would go away faster.
Its normal in some pregnancies
Maybe if you can eat a bit more. Make sure you're taking your vitamins and drinking plenty of water. And also move slower when getting up and moving around.
