I've heard a few ladies on here say their doc told them to take like a half a capsule of unisom but if check with your doc first when i was pregnant with my son and was hospitalized dozens of times my doc gave me ambien and i was on pain medicine in my iv the mix of those two do not go good together! I was soooooo freaking messed up! I was actually hallucinating! And boy did i let my doc hear it the next morning! So if they give it to you just don't take it with any narcotics

I found that surrounding myself with pillows helped with me getting more comfortable. One behind me, one for my side tucked under my belly  and one between my legs. I still get restless but it has helped. Now its just a matter of getting up to use the bathroom multiple times. I hope this helps a bit. I am not sure about sleeping aids, but Im sure of ya give your doc a call they can let you know.
