Anyone tried drinking Oj in the morning ? Lots of ppl are telling me it helps with the nausea or morning sickness & I think I wanna try

I drank oj mixed with 7up because I was told it helps with morning sickness and it did! Also bananas help these are proven facts you can Google it if you want

I wish I could have had orange juice I love it, but the acid was too much for my stomach to handle, I threw it up. Now that Im passed my morning sickness I cant drink it because it gives me heartburn :(((  It will probably one of the first things I will drink after my daughter is born lol!

Yes it totally helps! I have hypermesis gravidarum and for the longest time orange juice was the only thing I could keep down! It also helped a ton with the nausea!
