Paid family leave! :D

Just found out my fiancé got approved to take 6 weeks paid leave after our little princess gets here and I could not be more thrilled!!! :D all the time we gave had to spend apart with him working nights will finally all be worth it! I am so happy it drove me to tears when he told me!

Lucky! My fiance was back at work the next day! He wont be around for this one either any time off he takes will be unpaid, even the day of!! He will be paid if and only if, I deliver on my due date, which is Christmas day! Same as me. Its ridiculous. We cant even have 2 days to adjust, recover and bond with our child.

Awww lucky they told my bf only 2-3weeks he works at a resort but that's only cuz hes the main bartender :/
