In Pain

Ok so this morning I woke up with horrible back psin but it was only on my left side. I couldn't even get out of bed. I was litterly crying like a baby b/c of all the pain. On top of that my pelvic pain keeps getting worse and worse. I keep hearing the bones in my vaginal area crack when I try to tur nover in bed, which is also painful. I called my nurse and all she said was call L&D and all they said was make an early appointment with my Dr. Well I already have an app on next wed, but L&D were talking to me like they didn't want me to go in. This pain is killing me and I don't know what to do. I can barely walk. I feel like an 80 y/o lady when I walk. Does anyone know what this could be from? Or has ever experienced this? By the way I'm 29w3d but they think I'm further along. I go get a level2 u/s tomorrow to find out....

Sorry so long, thanks ladies!

Well I just got back and they told me that I have bacterial vaginosis and thats whats causing the discomfort in my pelvic area and that I'm "dehydrated" thats why my back hurts. I dont understand how I'm dehydrated cause all I do is drink water all day. I drink like 2 gallons of water a day which is crazy. (I'm always thirsty) I dont know I'm going to talk to my Dr. next wed and see what she says..

I just told them the problems and they diagnosed it and i went for physio where they did a quick examination and confirmed it.

If you push at them and quote SPD they might be more inclined to help

SPD - Symphysis Pubis Disorder. Ive been having the same pain since about 16 weeks and was diagnosed at 24 weeks. Im 28 weeks now and have strong painkillers, a support band, physiotherapy and reflexology to help me cope.

I feel like ive been kicked HARD in the ladybits.

Its worse at night when im lying down.

The cracking or grinding is a common symptom. Many women need crutches or a wheelchair but if you get help now they might be able to have a support belt fitted which may be able to help a little (im not allowed one due to unexplained bleeding)
