Now as far as pregnancy goes, I'm assuming that you do realize for an egg to be fertilized the male needs to ejaculate in you. Therefore if he ejaculated in you, yes there is always a chance you could be pregnant.

even if she is still only 17 for who knows how much longer....that's disgusting!! he's a child. i mean God when i was 12 going on 13 i was still worried about my barbie dolls!!! who does that to a kid? plus if his parents found out....they could press charges now. or they could always wait till she hit the big 1 8.

it's different when you're older. you're not a child. you're developed and can handle the emotional responsibilit (or child that may be produced) from having a relationship or sex with an older person. when they're 12-13 yrs old they may be sexually exploring but (besides it being AGAINST THE LAW) it's morally wrong for an older person (even if only 17-18 yrs old) to have sex with a CHILD! think if that were your child how would you feel? even if he "wanted it" she should have said no. now they may both have to face the consequences of their actions. so how's he going to feel possibly being a father before he's in middle school?

Yeah we can't tell anyone about their morals.. But, a 12 yr old has no buisness having sex. I would be soo upset if I had a 12 year old and their already having sex. A 17 year old should have someone around her age. Wanting to explore sexually is fine, but if your 12, it should be to yourself. Not with someone else.

I'm going to keep my morals out of this, but I must say that kids now do not act like kids did even 10 years ago. They are maturing MUST faster with help from TV, the internet, media and music. I live and teach in New York City and I see this everyday. Teenagers do not look or act the way they are "supposed" to act and most of you might be shocked to find out what they are doing sexually. Again, I am going to keep how I feel out of this, but I think we need to help her instead of ranting and raving about how innappropriate and immoral we think it is. Assuming this is a legitimate post, she is worried and nervous for her friend and trying to get some help. Many 12 year old have sex, and we need to educate them on how they can make the right decisions before we say how wrong it is. If the young man ejaculated inside your friend's vagina, then yes, there is a possibility she can be pregnant. I am not 100% clear on this, but I am fairly certain that in NY it is considered statutory rape if both parties are minors and have an age gap of more than 2 years between them, which in this case would be considered statutory rape. It is then up to the parents of the younger party to press charges. You'll want to look this information up or contact your local Planned Parenthood because I don't know what the laws are in PA. We cannot be naive to think 12 year olds do not have sex and experiment sexually. Please do not attack me, as I have not stated my personal opinion in this case. This is not the place for personal opinions and sharing mine does not help anyone. Like I stated before, I teach in New York City and you MIGHT be shocked to find out what middle schoolers are doing. Let me give you a little example: A couple years ago I walked into the girls locker room and saw a line of boys-- 7th and 8th grade boys I might add. At the front of the line was a young 7th grader giving a boy oral sex while the others were "waiting their turn." This happens. Please don't attack me, as I am simply trying to help. I think it's great that your father has spoken to your brothers about sex and it's also great they you have a strong bond with them where they feel comfortable talking to you about it. I commend you and your family. Unfortunately, it is not always like this. I was not saying you're too old (I'm old than you are and consider myself young and fabulous!) I'm just saying things are changing from when we were in middle and high school. I am no longer at that middle school, but I am teaching high school and our dean recently caught two ninth graders having sexual intercourse in the stairwell.

What you can do is bring it up with an authority figure. Stalking is illegal, and you can probably have some legal backing against you.

You'll need to look into the PA statutory rape laws because I am unfamiliar with them and don't want to give you false information. If he is cornering you girls, I would just try to stay as far away from him as possible. If you see him coming, go somewhere else. Do you guys attend the same school? If so, maybe there's a teacher or guidance counselor who can help you out. Find out the laws on S.R. first, because you don't want to get your friend in any trouble.

I totally feel sorry for your friend, and really hope she turns out not preggo and all works out ok. I know she must feel scared if this boy is bullying her. I think you should encourage her to go to his or her parents and just say he is pushing her around. I am not sure if they would believe her or not because she is older but at this point it is worth a shot. If they do believe her something could be done to remedy the situation and if they don't believe her well at least its out in the open so the parents can stop those 2 from having contact with eachother. If nothing is said the situation is likely to continue and if your friend is not preggo now she may end up pregnant if the behavior continues. As for your concern I think your a good friend for caring and trying to find out some info to help her. The girls on this post were right in saying that your friend could very well get pregnant from the boy even though he is younger that is true. I have to agree with you on some aspect about what kids do these days too because I am sure not all 12 year olds are as innocent as we would like to think, unfortunate but true.
