3D/4D Ultrasound. Hooray!

Hello Ladies, I just visited my Doctors office today. Although I'm a little frustrated with my current doctor. I was pretty happy to get information on the 3D/4D ultrasounds that are available. As far as I've been told there it costs $120. How many of you ladies have done this? Is it worth the money?

I want to see my little boy, but I'm also nervous.

I am having high blood pressure issues so have been seeing a high risk doctor for the past couple months (just to check fetal growth - so far, so good!). I was about to ask them if they offered out-of-pocket 4D ultrasounds when the tech switched a button and our 2D ultrasound turned to 4D! She did it for free....and printed out lots of pictures. She said she'd do it again when we visit in 4 weeks (at 30 weeks pregnant..he'll have more fat and look more like himself!).  Anyhow, you can look on my site and see the pics from just 25 weeks along (sorry, we scanned them sideways). They turned out great and I would pay the money for it so long as it stayed under $250 or so. Friends and everyone are just so amazed and it's fun to be able to show off your little bub already!! Def. worth every penny, and think about how fun it will be to show your baby when they are older!!!

I agree that it is really cool but I don't think I would pay for it. I had a 4D done of my first pregnancy since that is all my OB's office had, it was free but my new OB doesn't offer them, I wont be going somewhere else to have it done.
