Real or Fake Contractions?!

Since last night I've been experiencing what feels like contractions. They're really inconsistent buy they don't stop. I've been feeling a lot of diarrhea like pains, ibhad two bowel movements but the pain consists and it feels like I need to go but its just a lot of pressure and tightening. I don't want to go in for them just to send me back home. Just need some advice on what y'all think I should do!

I'm gonna be 38 weeks tomorrow, I'm not a ftm but for the life of me I can't remember what the real thing feels like!

Some of them are painful, my whole bottom is in pain, it's really sore. I know I'm not dehydrated I've been drinking plenty of water and Powerade since yesterday.

same with me i went to the doctor when i arrived she said it could have been an infection it was nothing she just told me drink water and lie down

I was having contractions because I was dehydrated.  Make sure you have plenty of water.If its still happening go in.

I was having the same issue it felt like I was going to start my period at any moment and the pains were in my lower abdomen area and went to my back and I had more bowel movements then normal, I had a scheduled doc apt this week and told her she said to make sure and drink plenty of water. I did over the next 3 days and pains started to slowly go away.
