Sandwiches

Do you guys still eat sandwiches even though you are not suppose to eat ham ?

It has to be pasteurized meats and ur fine.

You can eat ham. Prepacked meats and deli meats are fine.

you can eat deli meat. Just get it packaged from the store.

I still eat them I don't eat them all the time just because I don't have a taste for it but it's fine to eat it

I just ate a bunch of salami like two minutes ago. You'll be okay. It's so rare to get anything from it. I'm 38 weeks been eating it the whole pregnancy. Just not everyday.

I didn't know before that we had to avoid cold deli meats. Early in pregnancy I had a sandwich and it made me terribly sick. I avoid it all now cause thinking about it makes me sick to my stomach :( Ive had deli meats after that only once and I made sure it was cooked.

I was never told not to have lunch meat. I eat them all the time.

I still eat it. Not all the time and if it's at subway I have them toast it.

I eat them on occasion. There is a 1 in 400,000 chance of being contaminated. I figure if I limit my intake odds are the baby will be fine (:
