its way to late for raspberry leaf tea, for that to work it needs to be taken from 36 wks everyday, so your best bet, is staying active as much as you can
Awe hun now I can see why u want the contraxtions to come faster. I would go get that raspberry leaf tea that the girls above have mentioned. I would say walk but It depends in how u feel. Personally I feelu miserable and can't even lift my legs so walking for me isn't an option.
They r like 9-8mins apart right now...nd my lower stomach hurts too...I called my doc she told me to wait alittle more until they r like 5mins apart at least then go to the hospital

Thanks for all ur advices...yea I don't think sex is the best option right now considering I feel like dying Wen I get those contractions...but I took a warm bath nd I ll try the squats nd walking now...because those contractions r too far apart
Walking, pelvic squats, bouncing on an excercise ball, stairs, etc. are all great ways to help gravity do it's job. Sex can help get things started as previously mentioned. But if your water breaks or you think there is a chance that it may be leaking, stear clear of intercourse because it can introduce bacteria that could cause an infection.
Sperm against your cervix is said to help thin it out & orgasm would help contractions..I also walked up & down stairs while pregnant & that helped progress my labor. Good luck!
I walked up and down stairs a lot when I was pregnant it put me into labor maybe that would help. They also say sex might help too but I know at that point you might not be feeling up to doing that.
If there regular then walking will help them increase or gentle exercise, good luck :)
