Seafood is a no no during pregnancy !
I was told you can have 8oz of fresh sea food a week... which really isn't very much :/

Yes you can I've ate shrimp a lot throughout my pregnancy my doctor said it was fine and my kiddo is perfectly fine and growing
You can have seafood lol avoid high mercury fish, otherwise you're fine. Up to 3 times a week, no problem at all.
Seafood is important in pregnancy due to the Omega 3 fatty acids. The american college of obstetrics and gynecology recommends limiting intake to 12oz a week and 6oz if its tuna. Stay away from larger fish such as swordfish and tilefish since they contain a lot of mercury

Every seafood is safe during pregnancy except oysters.....i love seafood!!!
