Shoulder Pain
I've been having severe shoulder pain. It goes down my left shoulder blade and down to the left side of my breast. I'm 14wks and 4 days and trying to get used to my new sleeping habits since it hurts my ribs if I lay on my stomach. To my knowledge I haven't been sleeping on it or anything (my shoulder) but it gets to the point that I just have to lay my arm down. If I have something in my hand while the sharp pains happen, it usually falls from where I have no control. Any mommies have this happen? If so, what is the safest way to help?! Tylenol just doesn't work. The pain has gone off and on for 2 days too.
