Stressed out

Hi, I'm 29 weeks and 5 days, and I'm so stressed out to the point where I haven't smiled at all for weeks and cry every single day, and I wanted to know if me being stressed has any effect on my baby? Will my baby come out stressed or a cry baby?

A cry baby? All babies cry, some more than others. Their personality, temperament and such influence that more than stress. It would take extremely large amounts of stress to cause harm to the child, or anything serious to happen. They can tell you're stressed - just like we can tell when someone we know is stressed. Is it something or someone you know causing it? Is there anyway to get out of or avoid the stress causing situation?

I know with my first I was a constant ***** and extremely stressed out the whole way through and she came with major colic. It may not happen with everybody because she ended up with a lot of problems but if it's only been for just the past little bit with u it's just your body finally getting used to all the hormone changes and everything else. I know how it feels I'm 25 weeks and I cry becauseof the littlest things and I don't know why lol baby will be fine. Good luck
