Shower time

I shower everyday I just want to start with that so I don't sound gross, my doctor recommended I don't wash my hair daily because I used to and it would cause bad dandruff during the changing of the seasons, so I wash my body and rinse my hair daily. I live In San Antonio Texas and it's starting to get a little chilly we've stopped using the a/c cuz opening windows does a better job, however today I need to wash my hair and I'm so cold I don't want to get into the shower I know I will be warm in there but once I come out I'll get cold again.. I could blow dry my hair but I'd have to stand for a long time and I get tired.. What are you ladies doing to combat the cold after showers?
