Is it safe to lay out in the sun like at the beach or river
My doctor told me to take a sun break every 30 min and to stay hydrated. But I do know some people get weird tan when they are pregnant. I never had a problem with it though.
Not for longer than 10min and do it with a damp towel over your stomach or else you can overheat baby.
