One cup of coffee or one pop usually :)
My doctor says 8oz a day is all I can have
drs say 12oz a day. So about a soda can a day. I don't drink soda every single day but quite often and my baby is perfectly healthy
Sometimes tho when I have a big craving for soda I get root beer since its caffeine free. Or if its coffee ill get decaf.
I think it's 200mg of caffiene which is the equivalent to one large cup of coffee. If you can try decaf tea or coffee granules. Also chocolate has caffeine too(I didn't realise) lol x
Thanks ladies I like frappes is that too much caffeine but I get a medium because I dont really like coffee
200 mg is the recommended. And actually that's quite a bit. A medium frappe should be below 200mg
I just buy the caffeine free drinks and decaf coffee. Makes it easier for me.
200 mg a day is what's the recommended limit. Remember that equates to 1-2 cups of home brewed coffee. There is also caffeine in tea (iced and hot) and chocolate that you need to count in that limit. Depending on where you get a frappe from it should be okay. Remember places like Starbucks usually use espresso to make their frozen/fancy drinks which has quite a bit of caffeine concentrated in a small amount of liquid. Also remember that the caffeine amounts listed on their websites are average amounts and could be very different than what you actually receive. For example coffee brewed early on in the brewing cycle is far stronger than coffee brewed towards the end and many drinks that "average" 200 mg of caffeine can really have anywhere between 150-400mg

Sorry it posted twice thanks ladies for the information
If you have to count chocolate then should you count the amount in apples as well? And other daily foods?
C_woody91 for foods you only count chocolate because there is a significant amount of caffeine in chocolate.
The other girls are right, espresso tends to have a ton of caffeine, and even decaf coffee has caffeine. You could just opt for the creme-based frappes that don't use espresso, but if you're really craving that coffee taste, just fyi coffee shops usually offer decaf espresso
Ok thank you I only get frappes from McDonald's I have had Starbucks frappes but I didn't know that they used espresso in theirs now I know stick to McDonald's
