I'm 23 weeks and don't feel at all different if it wasn't for her moving I would believe that I wasn't pregnant. Like you've probably been told every pregnancy is different some get morning sickness some don't some feel tired whilst others don't it all depends on how well your body copes with a raised progesterone level. I wouldn't worry to much and if you can't help it talk with your doctor and arrange an ultrasound.
