You can use monistat its safe after the 1st trimester! If you want call and ask doc but was using in first tri and doc told me to just finish it since i had already started. But then said dont do it again until after 1st tri.
Monistat 7m or just call your drs office and have them call in or fax a script to your pharmacy.
