do anyone know

Im only seven weeks can I start taking prenatel vitamins?

Yes take them. I started taking the before I got pregnant and om still taking them while I am nursing. I know lots of people that take th mor being preggo. And look for the one that has the DHA in them. Good luck

Best to start prenatal vitamins months before tyc but yes the earlier the better for you and baby. Drs are also telling pregnant women to take fish oil since its proven good in brain development for your baby.                                                  (RN)

Best to ask your doctor but mine told me when I was six weeks to go out and buy prenatal vitamins, but everyone is different and it's best to get your docs advice
