Try rubbing your stomach firmlyin a circular motion for one minute, then do squats, walk, lunges, etc for 3. Think open pelvis, wide hips. Then repeat for as long as you want to(: I tried this yesterday (only for 5-10 mins) & felt that itcould have been beneficial(: good luck!
LOLOL, omg hahahha. That's great... you guys kill me :p
Put on some Richard Simmons and do some aerobics I bet it'll scare your baby right out lol
I know, I'm just sad that I'll probably have to be induced... I am not dilated at all and baby hasn't moved all the way down yet... so induction is almost guarunteed for me but either way I'll live I think...
I saw on another post that you are 39+2 maybe she's just not ready to come yet. These things onlyhappen when they are meant to. Nothing is going to be a mmiracle labor booster
That's what we do every night :) I usually just try 1 thing a day and then just relax with the hubby... we're watching game of thrones right now then we're going to make some supper together. :D
Try this....
Sit in a warm bubble bath with candles and bath fizzes and what not. Soak for a while, when you get out have hubby/bf give you a foot massage and have a relaxing night with him. Forget about forcing yourself into labor for a night. You are stressing your body out and its ineffective so try allowing yourself to relax.
If that doesn't work there is a post on here about cookies that will make you go into labor
I know... hahahha, it's funny but frustrating at the same time. :p
I'd try speed bumps, ungodly spicy food, sex, walking up and down stairs. Also try squats
Have you had a heart to heart with your baby!! Tell him no shenanigans!!!
Well damn lmao you are up a creek without a paddle!!!
I've been driving around on bumpy roads, walking, having sex, pineapple, raspberry tea, exercise ball, spicy food, you name it I've done it... Other than primrose oil or castor oil... I'm not trying either of those.
lol i as doing 4 miles every day from 36w...gave birth at 42w x
My mother in law took her uncles trans am and went over speed bumps at 40. She was 12 days late and it worked for.her
I don't have any stairs :( hahaha, neither does my local mall... there's really no place I can go that has stairs... fml :(
Walk up and down some stairs!!! Lower that baby onto your cervix!!!
DAMNIT! LOL, I'm seriously doing everything I can to start dilating.... I just want this over with!
Lol I just posted about this on the castor oil post lol!! My OB said walking does not make labor happen that doctors just say it does to promote exercise toward the end of the pregnancy but walking up and down stairs will help the baby lower itself
I only walked after labor got started. Sorry. =(
