Soo my bf had been acting really mysterious lately. Going out n stuff. In my head I thought omg hes guna propose tmw for mothers day. Bt  come to find out tht he bought a CAR!! I felt soo betrayed n sad I just cried. He wud give me hints like u'll love it its soo expensivve bt worth it for u. So I thought of a proposal. N its nt even a family car its a dam racing car. Im just soo hurt. N mad at him. He loves cars n its like I let him have fun with his cars fixing them n stuff bt now he has 2 racings cars. we have our son n nw pregnant with our second baby I do everything a wife is suppose to do. Why nt propose?? Am I in the wrong for assuming, n nw being mad at him? Im just soo hurt

I understand being disappointed and hurt but not being mad at him. I could understand if he led you to believe he was going to and then didn't. You kinda assumed and got your hopes up. I'm sure if he knew that's what you were thinking, he would have cleared it up so you didn't get disappointed. He obviously loves you, but for some guys marriage is a huge step and it completely scares them. You could always ask him without making it seems like your pressuring him when he thinks hell be ready for that commitment. Sorry Hun I hope you get the proposal you want!! :)

My aunt and uncle aren't married and have 3 kids together and have been together for 10 years. They say marriage changes things somehow and if you're happy with that person good things happen no matter what. And idk but I would've been happy about a car haha. I just got a new one. He's most likely wanting to see your reactions to expensive things like that for a proposal too.

Its like we live together n everything we basically are married bt ppl make me feel bad like ohh wheres the ring?? Urr second baby n u guys arent even married. Tht totally makes me feel bad. Its none of their business bt I cant help it from those comments getting to me. Even if we dnt get married.right away a ring wud be nice.

That would of pissed me off!! Why would he talk about it like that then come to find out its a car?? Sounds like hes not even thinking about proposing, unless hes really really trying to surprise you but it doesnt sound like it to me maybe hes just not ready for it. but dont worry mama be patient

Tell him you want one of the cars in your name....lol, that way you can do what you want with it ; ) But maybe a proposal is in store sometime soon. You don't always need a ring to be wifey either.... actions prove way more than a piece of paper saying you are legally bound to someone...but that's just my opinion.

I agree with Ktowne my husband did all kinds of crazy things just to through me off so he could be still doing it but wants it to be a real surprise so dont give up hope just yet. Good Luck

maybe he plans on doing it still and wants it to REALLY be a surprise you know? maybe he's just trying to throw you off so you don't think it's coming and then it's really a surprise. I don't think you're wrong for assuming, it's hard not to when you're getting hints like that. I'm sure it will be coming! :(
