Water intake

Ladies, I feel guilty because I know I'm suppose to be drinking plenty of water, but I just can't seem to.. Water makes me sick. It makes me nauseous and makes me throw up everything that I've already ate! I am currently now 9 weeks and I know this is where it truly matters to start drinking water.. Is anybody having the same problem and if so what have been your alternatives? Thank you in advance <3

I would avoid mio since its an energy flavoring but powerade or gatorade are both fine will keep you hydrated if you're throwing up. If you're able to eat fruits and veggies there is a lot of water in them which will help too. Can try pedialyte if all else fails very easy on tummy.

Sweet tea and banana milkshakes was the only thing that made me feel better. Orange juice helped with any heartburn or burning in my throat.

I am the same way. I'm 11w 4d and all I can drink really is 7up. With juices I put lots and lots of ice. That way it waters it down a little and I eat the ice. I try and eat ice as much I can also try ur water really cold. That's starting to kinda work with me.

Juices are full of sugar. I agree with Stacey. Try flavoring it or sucking ice.

I've been through that as well, you could try flavouring it with a little jucie, or lemon etc, or you could have herbal tea, or even ice :)
