animals and labor

Ive had strong painless contractions lately and now my cat is sleeping with me (he never has before) could he be sensing oncoming labor?
Him and I are pretty connected since we spend most of our time together.
But has anyone experienced this?

Well with ny first my boyfriend dog stayed under me. In which we hated each other because he'll always pay one more attention then the other lol. But I was definitely in labor. If I got up and to walk she'll either follow me or bark until I sat down. She also tried her hardest to sleep with me but she's a pitt so too huge people never really slept comfortable

See im wondering the same thing. All three of our animals are acting weird around me. And then the cats at the house I nanny at are doing the same thing. I have 11 days left. How long do y'all have left?

How odd i was going to post something similar. My cat usually keeps to herself but last two days, since i started having random contractions she WILL NOT leave me alone. Shes following me round the house and pawing at me constantly. I wonder if she knows?!

It could be that he enjoys the sound of the babys heartbeat. When cats pick up on the heartbeat of baby they naturally go to it to be soothed.
