I didn't start showing until 28 weeks. With your first it's completely normal to not show until late in your pregnancy. Your baby has no fat on  it so it's normal to not be showing.
Be prepared for when you do start showing because your muscles will stretch and it will be a little uncomfortable.

You might not show until your 5th month of pregnancy. Every pregnancy is different. I just started growing a little and I am 17 weeks as well. Make sure you're eating plenty and consult your doctor. They're there for any and all questions you may have.

At 17 weeks you should have already been to your dr by now. We cant answer that question only a dr would know by having a look. It is said to be normal to show late in pregnancy as a frist time mom thats all we can really say.
