What are hemroids and how do you know if you have one?
What exactly is a hemroid? I am a first time mom and I have no clue what half of these symptoms are or what types of things I should expect through pregnancy. How do you know if you have a hemroid?what does it feel like?
Hemmorhoids are swollen and inflamed veins in your rectum that can cause discomfort or bleeding especially during a bowel movement. Most people notice after they wipe that theres a bit of blood. Other people may just notice a stinging or burning sensation while pushing. The best way to avoid them is to stay very well hydrated with water and have a well balanced diet that includes lots of fiber. Take care.
Hemorrhoids hurt when you go poop. I know that for a fact lol...and they can bleed sometimes when you pass a stool.
