What to do?

So my mom's side knows I'm pregnant and I want to tell my aunt (she pre much raised me). I'm 24 weeks but my boyfriends family don't know and I've been trying to get him to tell them. I know once my aunt knows everyone else will. My boyfriends mom had surgery today (not sure what) so now he's telling me to wait. I feel like if I wait any longer I'm not going to have time to get things ready. What should I do?

He has had plenty of time to tell his family... I would tell your aunt. Your over the half way point, if you want your family to know you have very right

I don't want to wait. It's Oy my aunt to personally tell. But my bf don't want to tell his mom yet bc she had surgery today. And he dont want them to hear it from someone else. So he's telling me to wait bc once my aunt knows everyone will

Tell them there is no reason not plus it might cheer her up after surgery

I think you need to tell them. My brother in law didn't tell us about him getting his now wife pregnant until she was 19 weeks and it really upset a lot of the family. I don't see why you should wait, it's not going to change the fact that you are pregnant.
