What do you eat for breakfast when the thought of even water in your mouth sounds sickening? ???

Crackers.....but what has helped me more than anything is yogurt. I know that's kinda weird, but it's helped me so much every morning!

The toast seems to be staying down. I miss my one cup of morning coffee, but since before I knew I was pregnant it started smelling like pepto bismuth? Ew. Lol.

Toast actually made me vomit. I had a few weeks where I couldn't keep anything down. Ended up just eating whatever sounded good at that exact moment. Subway sandwiches were good. Chocolate was my best friend

Thanks I'll try toast. Crackers sound extremely dry right now and I have no bananas. Thanks again.
