First time mom
I am a first time mom, im 38 weeks what do contractions feel like?
TBH I ONLY PACK TWO PLAIN TEE SHIRTS, TWO PAIRS OF LIKE SPANDEX PANTS , SPORTS BRA /NURSING BRA IF YOU PLAN TO BREASTFEEDING . Toiletries , hair stuff if you PLAIN on taking pictures with baby in the hospital . The whole time ibwas in the hospital I wore the gowns mainly cause I was breastfeeding so had something loose for easy access.

Just remember the breathing techniques breath though your nose and out your mouth . Cause screaming be cause of the pain will tighten your stomach up more when your stomach is contracting .

I have a question. What should i pack in the hospital bag?
Tightness, pressure , you can't walk or talk through the contractions , it's a constient pain down there and you can feel it in your butt even ...you will know ! Good luck love
