So i am 5 weeks and took my prenatals a few min. Ago and ate something with them and i ended up puking for the first time...im worried i puked up my prenatals ....should i take them again?

i had the same problem! my ob said eat 1st wait about 10 15 mins then take your prenatal. worked for me & i never had a problem after that. your body isnt used to all the extra vitamins thats why you get aick after taking them. but you gotta take them! its important! :)

It's normal. My first 4 months i hated taking my prenatals cus I would puke right after them I wod puke all day but like 5 minutes after I took prenatals I would get so sick it was horrible. Honestly I stopped taking them until up too 4 months and a half when my naceous went away
