Sex after taking morning-after pill.

Two days ago, I had unprotected sex for the first time with my girlfriend, and tried using the pull out method. Even though I was fairly certain I pulled out in time, I was worried and so we went to a pharmacy yesterday and she took a morning-after pill.

Today, a few hours ago, we had intercourse again and this time I used a condom. What do you know, just our luck, the condom tears. I felt it tear and pulled out immediately but I'm worried some might have gotten in before I managed to pull out. I'm stressing out to the max now about this!

We had intercourse around 24 hours after she took the morning-after pill. Would it somehow still be effective to prevent pregnancy 24 hours AFTER taking the pill?

The pharmacist mentioned that it is dangerous to take the morning-after pill too often too soon, would taking another tomorrow be dangerous for my girlfriend?

Taking the morning after pill yesterday and taking it again is very very dangerous for her. The recommended amount of times per year is 2 and they should not be taken consecutivly. As the above poster said it can damage her fertility in the future. I agree that you should wait and see if she mosses her peroid and if so then discuss your options.

the morning after pill is no kind of birth control. It should only be taken a few times in a year so taking it again so soon is not very wise and can effect fertility in the future. The pull out method can also cause pregnancy as pre ejaculation has sperm in it. Your best bet is to wait until your girlfriend misses a period and then test and if she is pregnant then discuss options. You should also get your girlfriend to get on some type of contraception. Hope this has helped.
