Try different things to see what suites you for now. May be soup or something soft. I started juicing my fruits and veggies and that helped to. Just play around with things. You need to eat something.
At first I was like insanely hungry.
Now, at 8w, nothing sounds good, and if I don't eat, I get sick.
Be sure to drink lots of fluids. I tend to get easily dehydrated, and it's been leading to migraines that Tylenol doesn't even help. :( But now I know the reason, and if I feel one coming on, I sip on juice/water... Too much makes me sick, so if you can tolerate it, that is awesome! :)
I drink lots of water and I feel full off of it, my doctor gave me nausea meds but they don't help.
I lost mines the whole first half, but it returned during the second half. I just sure fruit and vegetables asks drank lots of water.
I had that happen to me too. Its no fun. I had it from 14-19 weeks. I found dried fruits and light soup got me through.
That's how I've been and I'm only 7 weeks now but it's been going on for like 2 weeks... I have to force myself to eat most of the time and the only thing that I am actually willing to eat is like fruit
Sometimes doctors can give you something for appetite or nausea. It's normal to lose your appetite though. :) Just stay hydrated and try to eat something small or fruits or something.
I just wanted to make surr it didn't mean there was something wrong with the baby. I'm such a worry wart lol
I have loss of appetite almost everyday im 15weeks and 4 days and then if i eat sometimes ill throw it all up. But drink water thats been helping me all day.
I'm 20 weeks I lost my appetite also as long as you eat something even fruit its ok
