Morning sickness and eating

I'm 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant today. For about 2 weeks I've had morning sickness. I haven't actually got sick but I feel nauseous ALL DAY LONG!:( I have to actually force myself to eat because the smell and even thought of pretty muchsure all foods make me want to get sick. Even after I force myself to eat I am seriously starving shortly after. Has anyone found foods that keep you feeling full for awhile?

Thanks ladies!  Any information helps. I've tried eating crackers before I get out of bed and snacking on them throughout the day but I can't even stand them. This is my second pregnancy but I feel almost clueless about everything and how long it lasts.

U can bye ginger tablets online witch help with morning sickness..I took  sominex it's a sleeping tablet that is the same as the morning sickness tablets you get from the docs you can buy it over the counter x

Today im 7wks n 5 days n im having  excruciating morning, afternoon, night sickness. Im sick all day long n I can't really eat anything either. The smell of any food turns my stomach. I hvnt eaten anything since Monday nite n dats becuz wen I do eat I throw it back up.Even we I drink sumthin it upsets my stomach. U dnt hve to worry about da baby cus da lil one gonna get wat it needs ....it eats from u n dats what causes us to feel weak,tired(fatigue).We both need to keep crackers n stuff.good luck to u huny!!!

Eat frequent smaller portion meals rather than 3 times a day. I have the same problem. and im 21 weeks almost 22

I was very sick from week 5 to 17 I would throw up 6 or more times a day.. I would force myself to eat too just bc I was scared the baby wasn't getting enough. She grew just fine though I made sure I took my prenatals every night when I laid down. Feeling sick and being sick is really hard right now I'm 31 weeks 5 days and I have some kinda cold and my appitte is at zero I force myself to atleast eat one small meal a day. Not sure what you can eat to make you feel full I would always eat a lot of veggies and fruits sometimes I'd eat a lot having crackers and cheese, fruit, cereal, just about anything in the house ... If your hungry eat. Just try to chose healthy snacks so you don't gain too much I've gained 11 pounds so far good luck and I hope you feel better one thing that did help me with feeling sick was actually chewing spearmint gum Idk why maybe it just kept my mind and mouth busy
