Ugh, sorry you are feeling badly. I would switch your vitamin to bed time as they can cause some stomach upset. I know the crackers thing is old news but I found I always felt worse when I had an empty stomach. So, I made sure I never did. I kept 'something' with me at all times. I also ate a lot of protein which seemed to help. crystalized ginger is good, ginger ale and B12 is supposed to help. Hopefully it is over soon as for most women, it ends at around 12 to 13 weeks (did me). good luck and hang in there
I bought sprite? Not sure if it does wonders like ginger ale! But its the worst sickness, gives me migraines too!
My cousin had horrible morning sickness and she said she would make toast before going to bed at night (a few pieces) then eat it as she woke up to pee at night... and in the am. Shed eat an entire piece and wait 15 minutes before getting up to begin her day. She swore by it.
