braxton hicks

Do they get stronger over time? I'm 30 weeks and starting having contractions at 17 weeks. They've never hurt, just been a little uncomfortable. But, I noticed lately that when I have them they feel a little more intense. Do they get stronger or is it my imagination? Lol

Braxton hicks shouldn't hurt a lil uncomfortable and you can feel your stomach getting tight but that's about it.

No, BH contractions get stronger sometimes, it's not your imagination.  The thing with them is that they can get strong sometimes, the only thing they don't do is become regular. Once they become regular, you're most likely having the "real contractions"..

That's what it's been like for me these past two weeks anyway, I'm 40 weeks today..

Hope This Helps... Tiff
