I hear ya. I had an episiotomy and it was so painful.
Dealing with the stitches was the most painful part for me. Mine didn't dissolve for 5 weeks. I don't know If they gave you that squirt bottle...but my hospital did and it helped keep that area clean. Also, don't wipe...dab your area after you use the restroom. Good luck. ...it gets better :)
Witch hazel helps some. I had a 3rd degree with my first. Horrible. It will get better. A heads up the Itching comes next. Hope you heal quickly!
What about bowel movements. Im scared to have one...plus it hurts and I feel lots of pressure when i walk....I just want it to hurry up and heal. :/
I had 4th degree tearing, and bowel movements? Good luck with that! I used to take 3 colace to have diarrhea because that was better than trying to physically push to go poop. The peri bottle was a life saver though!
Don't worry I had them my first baby I couldn't feel them until after the epidural wore off then I felt really uncomfortable especially when you have to pee and clean at the same time
