more of a vent...Sorry

I seem to be struggling. My husband has started a second job and is working long hours, 7days a week. Just think im becoming lonely. When he gets home he relaxes infront of the T.V or plays the Playstation.  Am i being selfish if I ask him to spend more time with me? Im 14weeks pregnant and i no how busy we will be once baby comes along.

My bd works Monday to Friday 13 hour shifts and I have no family as we moved for his job. When he's not working he just wants to veg out infront of the xbox or tv. I understand he works hard so I can stay at home so don't push but will sometimes tell him to enough is enough and he will make the effort to take me our, even if its just food shopping. Talk to him and tell him how u feel

I think guys have a need to do that veg-out thing after they get home. Maybe have a talk, let him know how you feel, and see if you guys can reach a compromise, maybe a time limit for TV or games and then some time for the two of you. Or some cuddle time while he's watching TV.

I know how you feel, its hard on us. My bd just started his 2nd job working 3rd shift and he also works during the day. I feel much more lonely than before. Ive also been pretty depressed bc when he is here it seems like we still dont spend time together. :( I wish u luck.
