but why? -.-

I'm 23w4d and it seems like every night for the past week I wake up so sick I throw up everything I ate for the day/night. I'm not in pain (though afterwards my heart Burn is on full blast) and I seem to be just fine after I throw up but then I can't sleep. I thought this morning/night sickness was over a long time ago :( any idea what it could be? I'm a ftm so this is all new to me.

Try eating like six meals throughout the day.

I eat throughout the day but just normal three meals and maybe a snack. I usually don't eat late but lastnight we did at a birthday party :/ my heartburn has been ridiculous lately too. No matter what I eat. I just wish this would go away cause it's deff no fun. When I have to get up for work in the morning and I've had no sleep.

Do you eat small meals throughout the day? And do you eat close to the time you go to bed?....it might be from the heartburn
