I was swimming and flippin around at 3cm dialated. I got a huge rush of energy the day before my daughter was born. Ended up delivering with the worst sunburn!
I swam when I was 1cm and 75% effaced and the doctor didn't have a problem with it
As long as your membranes aren't ruptured (your water hasn't broken) you should be absolutely fine to swim!
I'm not sure. I would call your doctor and ask. I go swimming but I'm only 9w 4d.
