car sick/health problems

Okay mommies out there I just found out I'm pregnant! I thought it would never happen because my chances were so low. By that I mean I had a 11% chance of ever getting pregnant! But I have some questions . I'm 22 years old I have a blood disorder called hereditary spherocytosis, (I produce no white blood cells) stage 3 hemophilia,( my blood doesn't clot, I bleed for 4 hours from a paper cut) endometriosis, and I'm anemic. I'm currently taken iron pills for being anemic but with my pregnancy they are making me very sick and constipated. What else can I take to make me go to the bathroom? Also I've never before been carsick but now even riding a couple blocks to go to the store is terrible. Its almost anytime I get into a car I feel like I'm going to be sick. Any mommies or soon to be mommies out there with any of the same problems please help. I'm scared but I just want a healthy baby out of this

I am epileptic and almost 17 weeks prego. I feel your pain and concerns. I have found that spinich helps when I feel low on iron. Other than that just try your best and dont get discouraged or let the hormones make you feel too crazy... its gonna be hard but worth it... at least thats what I keep telling myself. Good luck and much love

you can take colace to help with the constipation. as far as the iron you might be able to get enough from your prenatal vitamins but id talk to your dr about it with all the different health issues you have just to be sure you and your baby are getting everything you need
