fall at 37w 4d

Without any prior warning this afternoon, i had a fall. Didn't feel lightheaded or dizzy or that before i fell, one minute i was walking down the aisle carrying a basket of shopping, next thing i knew i was on my hands and knees.    Im nearly 38 weeks pregnant, so my baby should be ok yeah?   Im a ftm so worrying about everything. Within about five minutes of me falling i started having tightenings quite regularly although none of them are particularly painful, but every now and then Im getting a pain and the bottom of my bump which stays about 10-15 seconds then disappears, and it doesn't happen with every tightening.  Tried calling midwife about 3 hours ago cause my appointment with her ain't for another two days but she hasn't gotten back to me yet x

With my 2nd I also fell and 4 hours later I started leaking amniotic fluid

I would go to the hospital it could be contractions or something else...better to be safe then sorry
