Im 32 weeks thinking i only want bf in the delivery room with me. Is that selfish?? Who are you girls going to have in the delivery room?

I only want my boyfriend in the room with me as well. I know that having my mom in the room with me would most likely make me more stressed. As I plan to do a natural birth, I need to be as relaxed as possible and the only person who knows how to calm me is my boyfriend. Not selfish at all!

I only had my husband in the room. We had our close friends and family in the room when I was in labor but when it came time to push, I only had him in the room. Its not selfish to have who you want in there. After all, you are the one giving birth and should feel comfortable with who's in there (; good luck mama!

Only me and my other half , I am one who doesn't want to be talked to and really just left alone when I'm in pain. Even questions like are you okay got on my nerves last time and he's the only one who understands that

I am only having my other half in the room with me. Reason being is I don't speak to my mother and havnt for years & I would have my sister in the room but she stays at the other side of the world now.

Dont even worry about being selfish. When your in labor and pushing, it should be all about the woman in labor and what she is comfortable with. Youre the one who has to push a human out of your body...xo what makes you most comfortable. I only had my husband and mom in the delivery room while i was having contractions and when it came time to push i had my mom leave. Do what makes you comfortable.

I only want my fiance in the room! I'm a ftm and everyone tells me when the time comes I either won't care or I'll want my mom with me. I'm not so sure...haha I'm 41+2 weeks D: omg o can't wait!

Honestly when the time comes you won't even care I only wanted my husband in the room with me but my family had come to visit while I was laying there waiting to dilate more and it was comforting the only time I had them leave was for the epidural . But when time came to push I didn't care who was in the room I was to focused on finally meeting my baby girl . Now a year later I'm pregnant with baby #2 I'll probably do the same . Lol good luck love your almost there !!!!!
