diet drinks

I've been drinking diet coke and for some reason I'm suddenly becoming dizzy and shortness of breath. Is it bad to drink diet sodas???? I feel horrible

Caffeine intake is ment t be like in and around 200 per day...
Caffeine those sweetners etc as all above told u are really bad for you and bby..

I nearly killed my unborn first by drinkin loads of coke the caffeine was too much and her heart was goin crazy... I rested and stopped drinking so much of it and akk was fine

I always say, if a person is goin to drink diet, they may as well drink the real thing lol Aspartame is really bad for you, and it's usually made out of some sort of feces, rat feces I believe. Yuck.. lol..I drink regular soda once every other day or every day, and baby is perfectly fine.

Two is fine... I sneak sips myself every now and then just don't drink it all the time :-)

Diet sodas are very bad, they are usually sweetened with aspartame which is often considered not safe during pregnancy

Yes its bad even if your not pregnant. If your going to drink soda drink regular soda not diet.
