If im in the shower or washing dishes i get really dizzy. Is it because I'm standing too long?

The water must be too hot for you , that's what happened to  me with my 1st pregnancy . I would be washing dishes or in the shower and feel like I'm going to faint . But then once I start lowering the the temperatures it went away .

Don't lock your knees, that will make you pass out. My hubby was military and I've seen so many soldiers just drop because of their legs getting tired and locking knees to support themselves. In the shower make sure the water isn't too hot, as it will suck out all the oxygen from the room.

I'm right there with you. I get really dizzy when it gets hot. I've passed out in the shower, at work (Wendy's), church, anywhere it gets too hot or I have to stand too long. But I am slightly anemic this time around and was anemic with my first so that could be a factor as well.

I am suffering from the same problem .. Every time i do the dishes i feel like i am going to faint .. And it is really causing me frastration:( because i am not able to do the house work properly.. I too need advice on what to do
