You can usually take Tylenol based products, but I would definitely check with your doctor first (they usually provide a list of approved medicines). You want to be careful during your first trimester with taking medicines though, so if possible, see if you can do without. If not, have your doctor make a recommendation.
Either ask your dr. or the pharmacist at your drug store, either one will know what you can take.
Feel better :(
My doctor has me on darvacets for migraines. Mine are real severe though and I have them EVERY morning. I am about 25 weeks pregnant and have been on them for most of my pregnancy and have had no problems with it and baby does just fine with it. your doctor will tell you to take tylenol but if that doesn't work you and your doctor can figure out what's right for you to take. Do not take anything with asprin, as I'm sure you already know, but no matter what anyone tells you, it can cause viens and arterys to collapse in the baby causing heart problems, lung problems, and more.
